How to Return an Item

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account and go to your order history. Click "Return" next to the item you'd like to return and select your reason.

Print Return Label

Once your return is approved, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Print the label and attach it to your package.

Pack Your Items

Place the item(s) in the original packaging if possible, or use a secure box. Include all original tags and accessories.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location. You'll receive an email confirmation once we receive your return.

Get Refunded

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Conditions

Items Must Be:

  • • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • • In original packaging with tags attached
  • • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • • Accompanied by original receipt or order confirmation

We Cannot Accept:

  • • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
  • • Items without original tags or packaging
  • • Items returned after 30 days
  • • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We make exchanges easy. Simply return the original item following the return process above, and place a new order for the item you'd like. We'll process your refund once we receive the return, and you can use those funds for your new purchase.

For faster service, you can also place a new order immediately and return the original item separately. We'll refund the original order once we receive it.
